National Child Protection Week

Every Child in Every Community Needs a Fair Go   

Across the school this week, we have been focusing on National Child Protection Week championing the message that ‘Every child in every community needs a fair go’. This message captures the essence of National Child Protection Week which aims to promote a safe and supported life for every child, now and into the future. 

Thank you to the Queensland Police Service for providing officers to visit classrooms to support this message.

The Student Protection Contact (SPC) team also visited the classrooms handing out Safety Network Cards for students in Years 4 – 6, spreading the word of who they speak to when feeling unsafe.
