For easy management and flow of traffic on Tobruk Street we are asking if possible can parents/carers to try for the following pick-up times (parents/carers should remain in their vehicle)
We appreciate, if possible, families supporting these staged times to assist traffic management and flow.
It will also assist our staff if families have surnames printed on a sleeve on the passenger side of the vehicle to have students ready quicker.
Please BE AWARE that the oval gates (Tobruk Street side) will be opening each afternoon for Trinity College students to access Kokoda Street buses and pick up.
Thank you for your patience.
Trinity College Beenleigh has asked that we share and make aware with parents that the old Manual Arts building at Trinity is being demolished over the next few weeks with the construction of the new Industrial Design Centre, car park and drop off/pick up zone being completed by the end of Term 3 2023.
Unfortunately, this means that access to the College via Bougainville Street is unavailable during this time. Trinity will continue to liaise with Logan Council on some alternative arrangements in Tobruk Street, however, a decision has not been reached at this time.
In the interim, Trinity families are encouraged to utilise Yalburu and Tobruk streets for student drop off and pick up, being mindful of the St Joseph's families also using these access points.
We share this information with the wider community to make for an easier drop-off and pick-up at the start of our school year as we will have quite a bit of increased traffic as we navigate the best times and places.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during the construction process.
